Article Title: Systematic Optimization and Modification of a DNA Aptamer with 2’-O-Methyl RNA Analogues
doi: 10.1002/slct.201700359
Figure Lengend Snippet: Figure 3. Analysis of stability of 2’-O-methyl RNA-substituted O2.G analogues in human serum (upper panel) and in PBS (lower panel). The digestion of the analogues was analyzed by 10%-TBE urea polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis using Bio-Rad Gel Dock EZ Imager and Image Lab Software version 5.2.1. The digestion by nuclease was less than 10% up to 2 hours, with gradual increase in digestion noted after 2 h. The aptamer analogues in PBS did not degrade more than 1% up to 24 hours.
Article Snippet: Stability was evaluated up to 24 hours with intervals of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours using 10 % TBE-urea polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis using Bio-Rad Gel Dock EZ Imager and Image Lab Software version 5.2.1.
